PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant dbserver - assumed 'dbserver'

$CONFIG[dbserver] = 'localhost';

$CONFIG[dbuser] = 'test';
$CONFIG[dbpass] = 'rehrsdfvseg'
$CONFIG[dbname] = 'test';  

I get this error, what can I do?
